Shipping and Transit Times

At HEXCHANGE, service is our top priority. Orders that are in stock are therefore always shipped within 24 hours on business days.

Our transit times are as follows:

• DHL eCommerce (only in EU): 3 to 8 days in transit. Free shipping on orders over €99,-.
• DHL Express Economy (only in EU): 2 to 3 days in transit. Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order.
• DHL Express: Only 1 business day in transit for EU and maximum 3 business days for the rest of the world. The price is determined based on the weight.
• Pallet transport: 2 to 8 days in transit. This is suitable for heavier shipments and is completely free.

Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Therefore, you can return your product under the following conditions:

• The product is in its original condition.
• You have submitted your return request in writing to HEXCHANGE within 90 days of the shipping date.
• The product has not been used yet.
• The item had a delivery time of less than 2 weeks. This means that the product was not specially produced to your specifications.

Note: The cost of returning the product is at the customer's own expense.
